It is a wine with a coppery amber color and golden sparkles, presenting aromas of quince jelly combined with notes of citrus peels and dehydrated apricot.

The grapes come from a plot of our Sierra Silva vineyard, defined by a typical soil of river origin, composed of a matrix of small spherical pebbles of low granulometry (1 to 3cm), arranged on a sandy-clayey system.

Lagunar is inspired by a geological era in which the terroir that today makes up our farm was covered by the waters of the ancient Paleolago Sarmiento.
